How the Rotor-Seed Works

The On The Fly Rotor-Seed is a next-generation flywheel energy storage unit that stores electricity as kinetic energy—using motion, not chemistry. Inside a vacuum-sealed chamber, a carbon-fiber rotor spins at high speed with near-zero friction. When power is needed, the rotor’s momentum is instantly converted back into electricity through a high-efficiency motor-generator.

This fire-free, ultra-low-maintenance system delivers sub-100ms response times, seamless power conditioning, and integrated power factor correction—making it ideal for industrial, telecom, and remote applications.
